Some Fun Tags with Create A Smile Stamps

Hello, this is my final post as a guest for Create A Smile stamps. Their stuff is so cute and so fun to work with! The tags I'm sharing today, I created with a cute stamp set called Cool Buddies, along with some of the papers from the Snow Dance kit.

The tag dies are from My Favorite Things. I cut them out of white card stock and layered the patterned paper over them. The little fox and snowman were stamped on watercolor paper with Black Licorice Hybrid ink and watercolored with Distress markers.

I cut a little snowy hill from white card stock to go along the bottom and the snowflake was cut out with the snowflake die that came with the Snowdance kit.

I made the little ties at the top with some blue ribbon and some of the blue and red twine that came in the Snow Dance kit. I stamped the sentiment onto Steel grey card stock and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I added a white snowflake to this one as well, and a few PPP Marshmallow sequins to both of them.

To see the stamp set I used and all of the cute products hop on over to Create A Smile stamps!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Ho Ho Ho with Create A Smile Stamps and a Catastrophe Happened Last Night

Hello! Something funny happened last night. I accidentally deleted my whole Photobucket account. Do you know what this means? It means that every single photo on my blog disappeared never to be seen again. It was irreversible. I Googled it, I searched the site, and everything I found said you cannot get back files deleted from your Photobucket account. I won't go into detail about how I managed to do this, but never ever click "select all" and then "delete", even if you think you are only deleting the six photos on the page. :) I was sick, but only for a little while. I soon accepted what I had done, and  the fact that I would have to slowly upload all of my pictures back onto Photobucket  one by one, and add them back to my blog post. Soooooo, I started last night and got my header added, my design team logos, social media icons, my last blog post, and this one. I will slowly be adding all of my photos back, but it's going to take some time. And people, do you know what? I was caught up! I was finally caught up on my design team work and my guest spots for the next month. I amazingly had some free time, time to piddle for a minute. I was going to make a shaker card, clean out some closets, make an ornament.... but life had other plans for me! haha! Isn't it funny that way.

So on a happier note, I have another Christmas card to share with you created with the fun new Snow Dance kit from Create A Smile stamps  I have had so much fun with this kit!

I had to use that adorable little Santa again! I colored him and his sled with Copic markers. The sled and the presents are actually separate stamps, but I wanted a sleigh full of presents, so I stamped the presents on top of the sleigh. I created a little backdrop for them using a  a stitched circle die sponged with a bit of blue dye ink. I then cut a snowy hill, and adhered Santa and the sleigh with foam tape.

I used some of the patterned paper that came in the kit for the background. I cut it out with a stitched rectangle die, then cut that in half and glued it down to my white card base. I added the stitched white border, stamped the Ho Ho Ho, and added some of the little acrylic stickers that came in the kit. I then added the circle scene with some foam tape, a snowflake cut from the snowflake die and a few of the clear sequins.

Warm Wishes with Create A Smile

Hello! I am thrilled to be back again with another cute card created with the adorable new kit from Create A Smile stamps called Snow Dance. As I said before, this kit includes everything you can think of to put together some fabulous cards and projects! It has patterned paper, chipboard elements, an adorable stamp set, enamel stickers, sequins, twine and a stunning snowflake die! Some really fun products!!

Isn't that little reindeer fun! I made it like he is bumping along on top of the sled while speeding down that snowy hill! For my background, I used watercolor paper and blended some Peacock Feathers Distress ink onto it. I then used the stencil in the kit and sponged some water onto my paper through the snowflake stencil. I then just sprinkled some more water on that to give the effect of some falling snow. I mounted this piece onto a white card base. I then cut out the snowy hill and added that with foam tape as well. I glued that fabulous little Chipboard greeting down with some glue. It comes in the kit! I love it! I colored the reindeer and sled with Copic markers, fussy cut them out, and adhered them with some foam tape. I then added some fun and festive sequins to my card!

I did cut the snowy hill out with a die from My Favorite Things, but everything else you see here is included in the Snow Dance kit from Create A Smile! Such a fun kit and great deal!

Guesting with Create A Smile Stamps

Hello! I am thrilled to be guesting this month with Create A Smile Stamps! They have the most adorable stamps!  Christine has come out with a fabulous new kit, called Snow Dance, that includes everything you can think of to put together some fabulous cards and projects! It has patterned paper, chipboard elements, an adorable stamp set, enamel stickers, sequins, twine and a stunning snowflake die! I seriously gasped when I opened up my package! Such cute stuff!

Here is the first project I made!

Isn't that little Santa the cutest?? And the snowflake die.... Ohhhhh! And I am seriously twine challenged, but I had to try using the cute red, white and blue twine on something! As you can see my twine bow probably leaves a little to be desired, but it's not bad :) The little Santa is colored with Copics and fussy cut out. I cut the snowflake die out of a piece of white card stock, layered the pretty patterned paper underneath, and then popped it up with foam tape. I added the snowflake in the center with foam tape and a little sequin in the middle.

I stamped the sentiment with black ink, and added the Santa with foam tape. Lastly I added some of the pretty sequins that come in the kit too!
