Reverse Confetti July Release Blog Hop

Hi there! I am excited to be joining Reverse Confetti for their July Release Blog hop! They have so many beautiful new stamps and dies releases this month. Today I'm showcasing the Stained Glass Butterflies stamp set and coordinating dies and Snail Mail stamp set and coordinating dies.

So my first card wass created with Stained Glass Butterflies stamp set and coordinating dies. This is a stunning set! I love the bold black outlines and they color up just beautifully! For my background, I just did a very light watercolor wash with a large brush and left brush strokes in it. I then splattered with white ink.

All of the images were colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and added to the card with foam tape. The sentiment is included in the Stained Glass Butterflies stamp set, and it was heat embossed with white embossing powder and adhered with foam tape as well.

My next card was created with the super cute Snail Mail stamp set and coordinating dies. For the background, I used a mix of Distress inks and Distress Oxide inks blended onto Bristol board card stock and speckled with water.

All of the cute images were colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and adhered with foam tape. Both of the sentiments are included in the stamp set.

Hi there! I am thrilled to be joining Reverse Confetti for their 7th birthday celebration!

Today I am showcasing the adorable Girl Power stamp set and Girl Power Confetti Cuts along with the Friendly Rainbow stamp set which is a free gift with purchase!

For my card today, I used Distress Oxide inks for the background in Wilted Violet, Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feathers. I blended those with blender brushes then speckled with water.

The two cute little girls are from the Girl Power stamp set and the rainbow with the Hello Friend is from the Friendly Rainbow set. They are all colored with Copic markers. The girls were cut out with the coordinating Confetti Cuts and the rainbow I fussy cut.  They were all adhere with foam tape.  The sentiment is from the Girl Power stamp set and is heat embossed with white embossing powder, cut out and added to the card with foam tape. The little hearts were cut out of pink cardstock using the tiny heart die included in the Girl Power Confetti cuts.

A Day That Sparkles

Hello friends! I hope you're enjoying your summer! We are experiencing a little break from the heat wave we'd been having for the last few weeks, so it's definitely put me in a better mood :) I've been busy so far this summer. My son is playing golf, so we've been going to golf lessons during the week and he's looking forward to his upcoming tournament in August, and getting to meet a real life golf pro. It's been fun watching him. He's actually really good at it.

I've also been doing some major house cleaning over the past few months. My husband put down new flooring, and now I'm painting the walls in the living room and kitchen. Everything looks so fresh and clean. I just wish it would stay that way.

And... I've also been working on something behind the scenes that I'm very excited about. I'll be able to share that with you in just a little over a month now :D So exciting!

Okay on to my card for this post! I created a cute birthday card with some of my Reverse Confetti products. I grabbed several different stamp sets and dies to come up with what  I thought was a fun combination!

This card actually uses a couple of my favorite Reverse Confetti products, Puppy Love and Love Note Confetti Cuts. I've used both of these multiple times and always seem to grab for them.

For this card, I cut the frame from Love Note out of some Aqua card stock and layered the Stars Pretty Panel over it. I adhered this to my card base with foam tape. I colored all of my cute elements with Copic markers and they are all adhered with foam tape as well. I stamped the sentiment from Unicorn Wishes with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

All of the Reverse Confetti products I've used are listed and linked below.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great week!

I Think You're Swell

Hello friends! Is it hot enough for you? Summer has officially begun here with temps in the 90's already. It's too early for it to be that hot. At this rate, I'm going to be tired of summer real fast. Actually I'm a lover of cooler temps, so I just do what I can to make it through the heat.

On another note, I have a summery fun card to share with you made with some of the new June Reverse Confetti products. Thinking of water and making cool cards, makes me feel a little better. It's definitely better than venturing outside.

I really loved the RC release this month! Lots of nautical and beachy themed products. So fun!

For this card, I used the new Scalloped Cover Panel and layered that over some light teal card stock. I cut the center out of one of the new By The Sea Quick card panels and inserted that back into the die cut. I stamped the anchor and crab, cut them out with the matching Confetti Cuts, and adhered them with foam tape. I stamped the sentiment on a banner tag and added that with foam tape as well.

I added a few PPP Marshmallow sequins. They look like bubbles! So perfect!

I hope you are all enjoying your summer!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I stamped, cut out and added the cute octopus and crab with foam tape, then stamped the sentiment underneath in dark blue ink. I wrapped the Firecracker twine around the top of my card and tied a bow.

Reverse Confetti is releasing:
- 4 new stamp sets
- 7 new Confetti cuts dies
- Quick Card Panels

Today I am featuring the beautiful new sentiment stamp set called My Heart Trust, along with the Sand Dollar Confetti Cuts!

Oh I so love this card! And it was so simple and easy to create! With sentiments as beautiful as these are though, I think simplicity works best. I just watercolored my background with those same old Winsor & Newton tube watercolors I was about to throw away. I just used a large brush and dry paper and brushed the strokes across the center part. I splattered a bit of the brown paint around after it dried. I stamped the sentiment in black ink and adhered the sand dollar with foam tape.

So simple, but I think it speaks volumes :) I added a few Marshmallow PPP sequins to finish it up!

Countdown To Confetti Day 1

Hello, and welcome to Day one of Sneak Peeks from the Reverse Confetti June Release!

The new products will be in the store on June 8th! Be sure to stop by the Reverse Confetti Blog to see what all the Confetti Crew has created!

Reverse Confetti is releasing:
- 4 new stamp sets
- 7 new Confetti cuts dies
- Quick Card Panels

Today we are featuring an adorable new set of stamps named Mermaid Kisses along with the matching Confetti Cuts!

Isn't she sweet! I just love this set! I watercolored my background with some older tube watercolors that I had from years ago. I was about to throw them out, but thought I would try them to see if they were still good, and guess what? They were fine! They are Winsor & Newton  if you'd like to know the brand. They are over 20 years old! I couldn't believe that they weren't dried up! Anyway, I used those for my background. The cute little mermaid and shells were colored with Copic markers and added with foam tape. I stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo black ink.

And lastly, as usual, I added a few PPP sequins to finish it up!
