Hi there! Today is the first day of the countdown for the October Holiday release from The Greetery! I'm super excited to share my projects with you because this release is absolutely stunning! And Christmas is my favorite crafting season!
Today we are showcasing Fir & Foliage No. 2 stamps & dies, Tree Trimmings stamps & dies, Christmas Eve stamps & dies, Drifting die, Frosty Corners die and Frosty Flakes stencil.
My first card uses the Fir & Foiliage stamp set and dies along with the Tree Trimming stamp set and dies. The snowflakes in the background are from the Frosty Corner die set.
For the background I used Distress ink and misted with water then let it dry. The trimmings on the tree and the sentiment were heat embossed with gold embossing powder. The beautiful hills that my trees sit on were cut out with the new Drifting dies.
My second card here was created with the beautiful Christmas Eve stamp set and matching dies. This is such a pretty set. The church is stamped in layers with five different stamps, and it turns out so realistic and lovely! I think the two vintage cars that are included the set are so cute too!
For the background on my card, I used the new Frostly Flakes stencil set and Distress inks. I also added water drops and blotted those to create the snow falling. I again used the Drifting dies for the snowy hill.
Supplies used for these cards:
Fir & Foliage No. 2 stamps & dies
Tree Trimmings stamps & dies
Christmas Eve stamps & dies
Drifting die
Frosty Corners die
Frosty Flakes stencil
