Hi there! Today is the first day of the countdown for the March Release from The Greetery! The Fresh Air Collection is filled with sweet images, fresh florals, pretty patterns and a new take on alphas.
Today we are showcasing: Top Down Day stamp set and dies, Painterly Stripes background stamp and Silver Lining Die.
New Products will be in the shop on Friday, March 27 @ 10am EST.
Oh my goodness this is the cutest stamp set ever! I had so much fun making this card! For the background, I blended distress ink for the sky, then I used the Fir & Foliage No.2 stamp set to stamp the trees. I did the thing where you stamp it one time and then stamp it again without reinking your stamp to get the lighter impression. It has a name, but I can't remember what it's called :) Then I made a little road for my card with some dark gray cardstock and added a thin strip of white card stock down the middle.
I stamped all of the fun images , glued them together with liquid adhesive and added the car to my card with foam tape. The sentiment is included in the stamp set as well and has a matching die also. I love that!
***
So for this one, I used the new Painterly Stripes background stamp. I stamped it once, moved my cardstock over just a tiny bit and stamped it again without reinking the stamp. This made a dark and a light stripe. It's hard to see, but I used the Silver Lining Die as a stencil and blended some blue ink onto my small white panel for some clouds. I mounted this on a blue frame that I cut out with the Postal Frames dies.
Again, I had so much fun stamping and putting together all the cute pieces of this image. I added the flowers and balloons both to my car this time :)
I hope you have enjoyed seeing my projects with these beautiful new products! I'll be back tomorrow with more to share!
