Hello Friends! I am excited to be joining Pretty Pink Posh for their product release blog hop this month! I have always loved their products and this month release is absolutely amazing!
For my first card I used a sweet new stamp set called Winter Wonderland and the Winter Wonderland Coordinating dies. When I took this stamp set out of the package, and my daughter and I saw it, we actually squealed! Those two little foxes are the cutest things ever! We both love animals :) For my background I used Bristol Board and blended Distress ink. I used Faded Jeans and Cracked Pistachio. I speckled it with white ink after it was dry.
All of the cute images were colored with Copic markers and cut out with the coordinating dies. I cut two hills out of white card stock for the snow drifts, and added my foxes with foam tape. The bunny on the log and the bird in the holly bush were glued flat with liquid adhesive. The sentiment was stamped with Versa Mark ink and embossed with white embossing powder.
I added some of the new Sparkling Clear Snowflake sequins around, layering the small sequins on top of the tiny snowflakes.
***
For my second card I used the beautiful new Wild Rose stamp set and the Wild Rose Coordinating dies. We actually have these wild roses all over our property, so I knew exactly what they looked like and how to color them. They are really gorgeous in real life! For my background, I lightly blended some Broken China Distress ink onto a white card base, sprinkled with water, and then flicked some of the same color ink on. The wild roses and leaves were colored with Peerless watercolors. I also speckled them with some of the same colors of watercolor I used to paint them, along with some white ink also.
I cut the flowers and leaves out with the Wild Rose coordinating dies and added them to my blended panel with foam tape. I cut the Thank you Sentiment out with the Thank you Script Die three times and layered those together in the center of my card. I added the tiny clear drops from the new Berry Bright Sequin mix.
All of the supplies I've used are listed in the links below.
