Neat & Tangled: Warm Winter Wishes Tag

Hi there! I have a fun tag to share with you today that I created with some of my favorite winter products from Neat and Tangled!

For the tag itself, I used the Build A Tag dies.  I cut the tag out of white card stock, then blended some purple distress ink along the bottom portion.  I then cut out a snowy hill with the Stitched Slopes dies and glued that along the bottom of the tag. 

The Winter sentiment I die cut with the Hello Winter Dies. I blended some distress inks onto paper and sprinkled with water before die cutting. The warm wishes sentiment is from the Stay Cool stamp set, and I stamped this above and below the winter die cut. The bunny was colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating die, and adhered with foam tape.

25 Days of Tags - Neat & Tangled

Hi there! I'm super excited to be joining Tracey McNealy for her 25 Days of Tags! Today she is featuring Neat & Tangled, and I have a tag to share with you created with some of their wonderful products!

I created this cute tag using the build A Tag dies. I cut the base tag from white card stock, then  I blended distress ink onto Bristol board, cut this out and added it to the tag with foam tape. 

I added a snowy white hill to the bottom, then stamped the sentiment. All of the cute images were colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and added with foam tape. I added the red piece of card stock to the top of the tag and threaded some black baker's twine through the hole for hanging.

Neat & Tangled Stay Cool

Hi there! I have a fun card to share with you today that I created with the adorable Stay Cool Stamp set and coordinating dies, that was part of the November release.

I started by creating a background with distress ink blended on Bristol Board Card stock. I sprinkled this with water and blotted. I cut a snowy hill out of white card stock and adhered that to the bottom of my card. All of the cute images were colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and adhered with foam tape.

The sentiment is from the Scandinavian Prints Christmas stamp set. I heat embossed this with white embossing powder onto black card stock, cut it out and adhered it to the top of my card with foam tape.

Neat & Tangled: Fa La La Coverplate Die

Hi there! Welcome to  the last day of the November  Neat & Tangled Release! All of the new products are available in the Neat & Tangled Store now!


Today I am showcasing the Fa La La Coverplate die and a little surprise at the bottom of my post, so be sure to scroll all the way down!

I cut the Fa La La Coverplate die out of white card stock and layered it over a red top folded card. I cut the circles out of card stock and patterned paper using the circles dies that are included in the Build A Tag die set. The trees were cut out with the Scandinavian Prints Christmas Dies, and the sentiment is from the Scandinavian Prints Christmas stamp set. 

And here's the little surprise! Neat & Tangled has released two more adorable stitching dies! This one is called Ugly Sweater!

This is a stitching die and is super sweet stitched up with felt, but I really wanted to make a card with it. I die cut all the pieces out of colorful card stock, and glued them together with liquid glue. I added some patterned paper to my card front and then adhered the cute, not ugly, sweater with foam tape. I added a little sentiment at the bottom. It's from the Stay Cool stamp set.

Neat & Tangled: Penguin Die

Today we are showcasing the adorable Penguin Die! 

I think he/she is so cute! I decided to make a purple penguin, just because I love purple :) I added him to a tag I created using the Build A Tag dies. I added some patterned paper across the top and the sentiment along the bottom is from the Scandinavian Prints Christmas stamp set. 

I added a bow and hanger at the top with baker's twine, so that it's all ready for me to add to a gift!

Neat & Tangled: Christmas Sentiments and Triangle Boxes

Hi there! Welcome to the first day of the November  Neat & Tangled release countdown! All of the new products will be available in the Neat & Tangled Store on Friday November 9th at 8:00 am EST!

Today we are showcasing the Gift Box-Christmas Sentiments and the Triangle Box Dies!

For the little gift box, I used the Gift Card Box dies. I cut this out with white card stock and decorated the front with patterned paper using the rectangle die from the Thanks So Much dies.

For the greeting on top, I used the new Gift Card Box Christmas Sentiments. I heat embossed with white embossing powder, and cut it out with the diamond shaped die from the Thanks So much Dies. I added this to the top of the box with foam tape.

Here are the two little triangle boxes that I created using the new Triangle Box Die. I cut them out of white card stock and decorated them with patterned paper. They are so cute! I need to add a little hanger to them and they would make really great Tree ornaments filled with candy!

Neat & Tangled: Nativity Play

Hi there! I have a sweet Christmas card to share with you today featuring the adorable new Nativity Play stamp set along with the Radiating Star Stencil and Joyful Sentiments from last year, that I just love!

I started by stenciling the background with the Radiating Star Stencil. I used yellow dye ink with a little bit of red in the center, on Bristol Board Card stock. I then stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Sentiments a little to the right of the star.

The adorable little images were colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and adhered with foam tape.

Neat & Tangled: Angel Wings and Release Day!

Hi there! Welcome to  the last day of the October  Neat & Tangled Release! All of the new products are available in the Neat & Tangled Store now!


Today I am showcasing the super sweet Angel Wings stamp set and coordinating dies along with the Cubic Stencil.

For my background, I used the Cubic stencil and stenciled in with yellow and a small amount of red/orange in the center. The sweet little angel was colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating die, and adhered with foam tape. 

I stamped the sentient right under the little angel with black ink. Lastly I added some dots with Nuvo Pale Gold Crystal drops.

Neat & Tangled: Darling Dreidels

Today we are showcasing the super cute Darling Dreidels stamp set and coordinating dies.

For my card, I used the new Card Front dies to cut the hole out of my white card front. I used distress inks to create a background underneath. I stamped a few snowflakes from the Hello Winter stamp set also. The cute little girl was colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and adhered with foam tape. 

The top sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder and cut out with a banner die from the Scalloped dies set. The second sentiment was stamped underneath directly onto the card.

Neat & Tangled: Cubic Coverplate and Angel Wings

Today we are showcasing the super cool Cubic Coverplate die!

Along with the Cubic Coverplate die, I also used the super sweet Angel Wings stamp set and coordinating dies. I cut the Coverplate die out of white card stock, punched out just the pieces along the edges, and adhered this to a blue card stock front. 

The sweet little angel was colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating die and adhered with foam tape. The sentiment is from the Nativity Play stamp set. I stamped it in black and cut it out with a banner die from the Scalloped dies set.

Neat & Tangled: Lovely Lotus

Today we are showcasing the very beautiful Lovely Lotus stamp set and coordinating dies!

For this card, I used the Thermoweb purple tape and ran it across my card blocking off the bottom portion. I then stamped the lotus flowers in waterproof black ink, and watercolored them with my Altenew watercolors. 

When the watercoloring was dry, I peeled the tape off, then added my banner with the embossed sentiment on it.

Neat & Tangled and Simon Says Stamp: Holiday Helpers

Hi there!

Today is the day that the Neat and Tangled Holiday Helpers stamp set and dies go on sale at Simon Says Stamp! This is such an adorable set and it's only available for a very short time, so if you really like it, you'll want to go ahead and pick it up as quickly as possible!

I have a card to share with you today that I created with this fun set!

For the background, I blended Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed Distress inks, then misted with water and blotted dry with a paper towel. I cut a snowy hill with the Stitched Slopes dies and glued that down to the bottom of my card. I stamped the sentiment across this. 

All of the cute images were colored with Copic markers, fussy cut out, and adhered with foam tape.

Neat and Tangled: Oh Deer

Hi there! I am sharing a card with you today that I created with the adorable new Oh Deer Stamp set along with the Hello Fall and Birch Leaf stamp sets. All of these products are from the Neat and Tangled September release and are available in the store now!

So for my background,  I blended some Rusty Hinge Distress ink onto Canson Bristol Board card stock and misted with water.  When this was dry, I stamped my sentiment from the Birch Leaf stamp set along the bottom with black ink. 

I colored the super cute little deer from the Oh Deer Stamp set and the leaves from Hello Fall with Copic markers, cut them out with the coordinating dies, and adhered them to my card with foam tape.

Today I wanted to showcase the adorable You're a Treat Stamp set and coordinating dies. That little witch is just the cutest!

For my background I used Wilted Violet and Blueprint Sketch Distress inks on Bristol Board card stock. I misted this with water and blotted. All of the adorable little images were colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and adhered with foam tape.  

I stamped the sentiment with black ink and cut it out with a banner die. I adhered this with foam tape as well.

Neat & Tangled: Birch Leaf

Hi there! Welcome to the Fourth day of the September  Neat & Tangled release countdown! All of the new products will be available in the Neat & Tangled Store on Friday September 7th at 8:00 am EST!

Today we are showcasing the lovely new Birch Leaf stamp set and coordinating dies.

I really love the way this card turned out. So very CAS and modern looking. For the background I stamped the fall word stamp from the Hello Fall stamp set several times down the center of the card in a very light tan color. The Birch Leaf I colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating die, and adhered over the words with foam tape. 

I stamped the sentiment onto dark brown card stock, heat embossed with white embossing powder and added that over the birch leaf with foam tape. I trimmed about an eighth of an inch off of either side of my front panel and mounted this onto a dark brown card base.
