Hi there! Today is the first day of the countdown for the February Release from The Greetery!
The new collection this month is called Lily & Palm and it has some beautiful products that are designed specifically for Easter, but many of them will also work for different seasons and events. This month The Greetery is releasing : Caring Cross stamp set and dies, BotaniCuts Lily and Gatherings Creative Kit: Easter Jubilee. I'm super excited about The Greetery's first kit! I have been a huge fan of Betsy's kits!
The products I've used on my projects today will be available at The Greetery on Friday, Feb 14th at 9:00 AM EST.
My first card uses the beautiful new Caring Cross Stamp set and coordinating dies. I lightly blended some blue ink for the background and also very lightly stamped some of the palm leaves.
I used some woodgrain white card stock to die cut the cross, and layered that with foam tape. I also added some flowers and a few little green leaves from the Fleur Impressions stamp set.
My next card uses the beautiful new Botanicuts Lily dies. These are really fun and turn out so lovely! I cut the pieces out of Bristol board card stock and colored them with Distress inks and distress markers.
The background was created by blending distress ink and then splattering with the same ink. The sentiment is the new Let's Have a Word: Happy die cut and the tiny Happy Easter is from the Caring Cross Stamp set.
My next projects were all created with the new Gatherings Creative Kit: Easter Jubilee. The kit has stencils, stamps and dies that work together to create this adorable Easter card.
The kit also comes with the sentiments and the tiny tag die to cut them out. So easy and fun to create beautiful Easter cards!
For this card, I decided to go with mostly blue tones. I stenciled and stamped the tulips in blue and then tucked in a few flowers and leaves from the Pine Blossom Stamp set.
I also added a few pink berries around with some pink acrylic paint and a stylus.
And then I had to do one more fun thing :) I just love the Easter Alpha and I wanted to do something else with it other than just spell Easter. Well, look what I came up with! You wouldn't believe all of the words you can make with those few letters! haha! I made this cute little tag out of scraps. It is not even a tag die, just a strip of white card stock, with some pink card stock added at the end and a strip of striped patterned paper along the bottom. This would look so cute on an Easter basket of goodies!
I hope you have enjoyed seeing my projects with these beautiful new products!

I love the different color combinations you've shown and the little bonus "Treats" card was so sweet (no pun intended). I had that cup of afternoon tea yesterday and throughly enjoyed reading the blog post and watching both video's. I am amazed that although this is a mini release it was jam packed product information, beautiful photo's, and how-to's! Actually I'm not surprised -- it's who Betsy is and how she rolls out a spectacular product. And your card designs never fail to make me smile; always paying attention to all the details you have -- they're always fabulous and inspire me to do better with my own designs. Thank you, Kay. Happy Valentine's Day!
