Sunny Studio Stamps: Beach Babes

Hi there! I am super happy to be guesting again this month with Sunny Studio Stamps! Today I have a couple of cards to share with you featuring the adorable Beach Babes stamp set and Beach Babes Coordinating Dies.

For my first card, I started by creating a round background with Distress inks. I first created a stencil by cutting a circle out of a piece of card stock. I then blended Antique Linen and Peacock Feathers ink inside the circle onto my white card stock.  Next I sprinkled the sand with some Vintage Photo Distress ink mixed with a little water, then misted the whole thing with plain water and blotted.

I stamped the sentiments straight onto my card with black ink. The cute images were colored with Copic markers, cut out with the coordinating dies, and adhered with foam tape.

For my second card, I decided to use all of the smaller images in the set to create a fun background for my sentiment. I randomly stamped them around using black ink, starting with the largest and then fitting the smaller images in-between. I colored them all with Copic markers when I was done, and then I sprinkled with a bit of Peacock Feathers Distress ink.

The sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder onto black card stock. I cut it out with a banner die, and added it to the card with foam tape.

I hope you have enjoyed my cards today!
