It's time for the Reverse Confetti January Release Blog hop!! All of the amazing new products we've been sharing over the past three days are now available in the Reverse Confetti Store!
If you've been following along the hop, you should have arrived here from Lisa Henke's blog. If you are just starting out, you can head on over to the Reverse Confetti blog to begin! From here you will be heading to Amy Rohl's Blog.
I have a couple of cute cards to share today using several of the new Reverse Confetti products, including that adorable little penguin that I just can't get enough of!
This time I used a little more traditional winter colors. I used one of the new Quick Panel cards for the background and cut it out with the rounded rectangle from the Class Act Confetti Cuts. I mounted that on the new Stamped Note die cut. The little penguin is colored with Copic markers and mounted with foam tape.
I cut three of the Lovey Word dies out and layered them for dimension before glueing them down onto the background panel. I heat embossed the sentiment and cut it out into a banner shape and added that with foam tape. I glued the little snowflake, heart and a few sequins lastly.

I really had fun with this card. I used the new Heart Tag Toppers for the bottom part. They make the cutest tags, but I love to use these in a non traditional way on my cards too! I cut three out and layered them for dimension, and I filled in the hearts with just one layer of a little bit darker pink.
The Sweet word die was cut out three times and layered also. I stamped the "You're Sweet in black and added the hearts and Layered Laurel's leaves at the top. I added a few clear 4mm sequins to the branches.
That is all for me today! Be sure to hop on over to Amy's blog to see what amazing things she has done!
If you get lost along the way or want to see the whole line up, you can always stop by the Reverse Confetti blog!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Enjoy the hop!

ReplyDeleteGoodness Kay...your cards are fantastic. That little penguin looks so warm and cozy in his hat and scarf. I can see why he's a favorite (or maybe it's a she and I'm giving it a complex). I like how you got your dimension by stacking the cuts. The colors are wonderful, too. And the second card is so sweet, too. I like that you step out of the box and do things in a non traditional way. This card is so very pretty! Great work! :)
