Reverse Confetti November SFYTT #

Hello, it's time for a brand spankin' new Sketch For You To Try Challenge on the Reverse Confetti Blog ! It runs the whole month of November, so you have plenty of time to give it a try! Here's a peek of the sketch if you want to join in on the fun!

And here is what I did with it! I wanted to do something cold and wintery, but yet not totally Christmas.

I watercolored my background first with Peerless watercolors and let that dry. I cut the large wreath out of white card stock and glued it down flat. I then cut a  lavender banner out and glued that down as well. I cut a scalloped circle out of some patterned paper, and glued the small white wreaths to one of the circles, then I mounted those to my piece with foam tape. I cut a smaller white circle out  and stamped the "Let it" onto it, and glued that to my top scalloped circle. I cut two flag banners out, one with patterned paper and one out of white card stock. I glued them together and mounted them with foam tape. I cut the snow word die out three times and layered those for dimension, then glued that down to my banners.

I then added a few clear PPP sequins!

Be sure and head on over to the Reverse Confetti blog to see what the rest of the team has done with the sketch, and to play along for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store and claim the title of "Fetti Fave".

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hugs,

Kay :)

Here are the Reverse Confetti products that I used for this card:

  11. Breath-taken away beautiful, Kay...wintry and warm (unlike here, where the snow is falling...gahhhh!). One of the highlights of your card is that several of these products are winging (or being driven) my way so I can case you! Woo hoooo!
