Hello Friends!
This is the first day of the My Favorite Things October Release Countdown! This new release is packed with amazing new stamps and dies. Everything you need to start getting ready for the Holiday Season! I am so excited to share my projects with you! I LOVE everything about this new release!! Be sure to check out the MFT blog for a full reveal of today's featured stamps and dies, and mark your calendar for Tuesday October 6th at 10 p.m. EST when all of the fabulous new products will be available in the MFT online store!
Today I am sharing projects made with Trim The Tree stamp set and Trim The Tree Die-namics, along with the new Tag Builder 4 Blueprints Die-namics.
This new set Trim The Tree is so much fun! There are little ornaments and presents to decorate with! Now don't make fun of my very non-traditional pink tree. I like pink okay! :) The "pink" tree was stamped with Pink Lemonade dye ink and the presents were stamped with Razzle Berry, Summer Splash, Grape Jelly, and Limelight dye inks. For my background, I used watercolor paper and blended some blue Distress inks. I spattered with water and let that dry well before cutting it out with the stitched frame from Blueprints 20. I cut a snowy hill with the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics and adhered it to the bottom with foam tape then added all of my presents and pink tree! The sentiment was stamped with Black Licorice Hybrid ink. A few 4mm clear Pretty Pink Posh sequins were added lastly.

All of my tags were created with the new Tag Builder 4 Blueprints Die-namics. I just love these!! So fun!!
I used Green Room, Field Day, Electric Red, Natural and Primitive White card stock for the tags along with a few sheets of patterned paper from the Fresh Squeezed Chevron paper pack. I just had a ball cutting out all of the pieces! I cut lots of each thing in different colors of card stock and paper, then stamped the sentiments from the Gift Tag Greetings stamp set, then set to assembling them all. Seriously this was so much fun! I love this kind of thing!
I hope you have enjoyed the first previews of the October release for My Favorite Things! Be sure to stop by the MFT blog and see a full reveal of todays products and see what all the other fabulous design team members have done!
See you tomorrow for Day 4!!
Hugs,
Kay :)
