Hello Friends!
This is the first day of the My Favorite Things September Release Countdown! This new release is packed with amazing new stamps and dies. Everything you need to celebrate the end of summer and start getting ready for the fall! I am so excited to share my projects with you! I LOVE everything about this new release!! Be sure to check out the MFT blog for a full reveal of today's featured stamps and dies, and mark your calendar for Tuesday September 1st, at 10 p.m. EST when all of the fabulous new products will be available in the MFT online store!
Today I am featuring a beautiful new stamp set called Delicate Pretty Poppies, and another gorgeous set called Fall Florals!
Aren't they gorgeous! I watercolored a real light and soft background with some blue Peerless watercolors, and stamped the sentiment with hybrid black licorice ink. The poppies and leaves, I colored with my Zig Clean Color Brushes, fussy cut them out, and attached them with foam tape.
I added a few tiny dots with my white gel pen and also a black Copic marker, then finished it off with a few clear 4mm Pretty Pink Posh sequins.

This card features several fun new products, the Stitched Cover-Up Companion Die-namics, the Etched Flower Background, and the Fall Florals stamp set. The background I white embossed on Peach Bellini card stock. I cut the Stitched Cover-Up Companion die-namic out of smooth white card stock and mounted it on top of the background with foam tape. I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Fall Florals stamp set, cut them out with the matching Die-namics, and mounted them with foam tape. The sentiment is stamped with Black Licorice hybrid ink and it is from the Delicate Poppies stamp set.
I added a few little white dots and some 4mm Raspberry Pretty Pink Posh sequins.
I hope you have enjoyed the first previews of the September release for My Favorite Things! Be sure to stop by the MFT blog and see a full reveal of todays products and see what all the other fabulous design team members have done!
See you tomorrow for Day 4!!
Hugs,
Kay :)
