MFT August Release Countdown Day 2!

Hello again!

I am back for day 2 of the My Favorite Things Release Countdown! I can't believe it is whizzing by so fast! Only 2 more day until all of the fabulous new stamps and dies will be available!

Be sure to check out the My Favorite Things Blog to see a full reveal of today's products, and to see what all the other fabulous design team members have done! All of the new products will be available August 4th at 10:00pm EST!

This release has been SO much fun to work with! I am always amazed at all the wonderful new products each month! Today I am featuring three amazing new stamps sets that I LOVE, Tiki Party, Birds of Paradise, and Blissful Blooms!

Oh how I love this set!! I am a sucker for palm trees and Tiki!! So cute! I used the Double Stitched Circle dies on this card too. I sponged some distress ink for the background. The sand is cut with the same exact Double stitched Circle and part of it is cut off. All of the stamps are colored with Copic markers and adhered with foam tape to a Smooth white card base.

My next card features the Birds of Paradise Stamp set and matching Die-namics!

The background was watercolored with Peerless watercolors on Tim Holtz Watercolor paper. All of the stamps were colored with Copic Markers and adhered with foam tape. The green stripe paper was cut out with the Double Stitched Circle STAX and it's from the new Dots & Stripes Fresh 6x6 Paper pack. The yellow polka dot banner was cut with the Pierced Fishtail Flags from the Dots & Stripes Sorbet 6x6 Paper pack. The little flowers are from the Tiki Party stamp set.

And last but definitely not least this lovely card was created with Blissful Blooms stamp set and matching die-namics. I also used the Wonky Chevron Background stamp to stamp the pattern on the Double Stitched circles.

I just love this card! I love flowers and especially flowers that I get to color!! These were SO fun! I added some little details with my white gel pen! They are all colored with Copics and mounted with foam tape. I added a few 4mm sand Pretty Pink Posh sequins last!

Yep! These stamp sets make me happy!!

I hope you have enjoyed seeing all of the new products in use! They are so awesome!
Thank you so much for stopping by! Don't forget to stop by the MFT blog to see more wonderful things you can do with these fun new products!

See you tomorrow for the last day of the countdown!!

Kay :)
