MFT July Release Countdown Day One!






Hello again!

I am back for the last day of the My Favorite Things Release Countdown! It has flown by and there are only mere hours until all of the fabulous new stamps and dies will be available!

Be sure to check out the My Favorite Things Blog to see a full reveal of today's products, and to see what all the other fabulous design team members have done! All of the new products will be available July 7th at 10:00pm EST!

Oh I have some fabulous products to share with you! The cards I have created here feature the adorable new Things With Wings stamp set and Die-namics by Miss Tina. Some seriously cute little images in this one!

For the background I used the Zig Zag stitched rectangle and it's been sponged with Distress inks and speckled with water. The little birds and sun were colored with Zig Clean Color brushes and cut out with the matching Die-namics. The sentiment was white embossed on Black Licorice card stock. Everything was mounted with foam tape. 


The grass was sponged with Distress ink and cut out with the Grassy Fields Die-namics. I added a few 4mm Pretty Pink Posh sequins!

This next card, I used the same stamp set along with the Jumbo Peek-a-Boo Circle Window. So fun!!


I thought that little bird in the bird bath was just adorable! The background is sponged with Distress Inks and splattered with water. The birdbath was glued down flat to that, but the little bird was adhered with foam tape. I adhered the whole white panel with the peek-a-boo cut out with foam tape so it would be popped up a bit. The sun was adhered with foam tape as well, and the sentiment was stamped with Black Licorice ink  from the Birthday Bears stamp set.


I added a few 4mm clear Pretty Pink Posh sequins :)

    Truly delightful, Kay! These adorable images make one smile! Your watercoloring is terrific, your color choices perfect and the layouts of each card is spot on. That peekaboo window is adorable!! I'm just grinning like a fool over here. Love it! :)

    These are both amazing!! The colors on the first are just stunning...i LOVE bright colors so much and you make them look good in such a fabulous way!! I totaly love the circle shape on the second one!! The little birdie is adorable!!
