Hello my friends!
Welcome to day three of the Poppystamps and Memory Box Blog Hop! The design teams from Poppystamps and Memory Box are joining together for a three day blog hop featuring holiday tags and treats. What a great way to find ideas to fancy up your goodies and packages, and you might even find a few recipies as well.
We want to also introduce you to Dave Brethauer's latest venture - Birch Press Design. Dave is the creator of Memory Box and Poppystamps. Birch Press features letterpress, laser cut, and printed card designs, as well as beautiful products for your home including party supplies and serveware.
Each day of the hop (December 2-4) we'll be giving away a prize from Birch Press Design. There will be two winners each day - one selected by Poppystamps and another from Memory Box. So while you're hopping be sure to leave comments along the way. Winners will be selected from DT blogs.

I used the Cute Cottage die from Poppystamps for my tag. It's one of my very favorites! I love how you can create a winter house with the snow or a halloween house with the cobwebs! So fun! Anyway I cut a grey house out and glued it down to a white base and cut around that so I would have a nice sturdy tag. I then cut the windows out of the darker grey and glued them down. I took my C3 Copic marker and added a little shadow in the windows. I cut the door out of red and glued it down. Next I cut all the snowy pieces out of glittered Fun Foam! It's so fun! I bought it at Michaels and it cuts wonderfully with the big shot and my dies. I also cut the Merry, the greenery and the snowflake on the door out of the glittered Fun Foam. I glued these all down with Mono Adhesive. Last I added the silver bow at the top!
