Hello my friends!
I hope everyone has had a wonderful week!
It's Friday and it's chilly outside, a great reason for me to retreat to the craft room and make a few cards today.

And because I am very limited when it comes to sleds in my stamp stash, I went looking and I found this super cute cut file at Miss Kate's Cuttables. It comes with the snow and snowflakes too! The sentiment is from Paper Smooches.
Edited to add the link for the sled that so many requested :)
I hope you will play along with us at Festive Friday!
You can also check out the amazing talent from the other design team members at Festive Friday!

Oh I love the hills of snow. Fabulous Kay.
ReplyDeleteCute card, loved the die cuts. I followed your link and searched the 1st 100 Christmas cut files and could not find it there. I do love what you made with it so bright and colorful. ~Diane
ReplyDeleteWonderful card, Kay! It's been getting chilly here, too! This is adorable and I love that sled and the snow/flakes!! Thanks for sharing where you got the file. It looks to be a versatile one, too! :) I like the wintery feel of the card, as opposed to the wintery cold that will be coming all too soon. You have some great dies and you sure know how to use them. :) Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Kay! Charming, crisp, the perfect Winter day! You saying you went looking made my mind think, maybe I have an old sled from Accucut! I'm off to look! haha! Thanks for inspiring! I needed this!
ReplyDeleteThis is “Kay gorgeous” ! Love it! I think I have a few in my stash , have to go look. You have inspired me again!
ReplyDeleteHow cute. I love the whole scene you've created and that fun sentiment die cut is perfect.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely adorable! Love your version of the inspiration photo! :)
ReplyDeleteWe had snow yesterday; it's melted (yayyy....) but the air has a definite fall crispness, and the chilly winds are making their presence known. We have cyclo-cross races to officate tomorrow, that run well into the evening (the event is called "Dark Knight" and it's a blast!), so I'll be, again, sporting my wintry-finery, boots, scarf, toques and layers, layers, layers! Anyway...your card: darling! Snowy hills = sledding fun! Love this!

Awesome!! I love how u used the clouds to represent heaps of snow :)
ReplyDeleteLove the wonderful winter scene you created with sled, snow flakes, and sentiment, Kay! There is a definite chill in the air here in NW Ohio. No snow yet only rain!:-) Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLOVE your sled, Kay! What a great find! It really is perfect with those sweet snowflakes and I love how you created snow banks! You are the 'Queen' of die cuts, girl!!! I am always inspired by your beautiful creations! Hugs to you, Barb
ReplyDeleteI love how adorable this card is! It's so snowy and Christmasy without all the reds and greens.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card!! Love the stitched snowhills and the sled is awesome!! Did you add the stitching to the snow?
ReplyDeleteGreat take on the inspiration picture....love your mounds of snow.
