Festive Friday #32

Hello my friends!

I hope everyone has had a wonderful week!

It's time again for another challenge at Festive Friday!

Here is the gorgeous inspiration photo for this time around.

Here is what I came up with:

I've had this stamp set for probably two years and have never used it! So when I saw that tree in the photo, I knew exactly what set I was going to use!

The arched die is from Sizzix, the scalloped border is from Lil Inkers and the stamp set is Tree Trimming Trio from Papertrey Ink.

I hope you will play along with us at Festive Friday!

You can also check out the amazing talent from the other design team members at Festive Friday!

You want to see a little peek of what came in the mail yesterday??

Oh gosh!!! There is going to be some serious piddling going on in my craft room this weekend!! Yippee!!! I just love a box of new stamp stuff!! And I also ordered some of the adorable new Lawn Fawn stamps that just came out yesterday! Can't wait!

I hope you all have a safe and happy weekend!

Hugs,

Kay :)

  7. What a huge amount of awesome this is! First, your beautiful card. I adore those arched dies and am thrilled that I own some. You give me wonderful inspiration to use them. Thanks for that. I love your Christmas themed cards as the love shines through. Well done, Kay. And ooooh, lucky, lucky you to have so many fun new toys to play with. I think your biggest problem will be deciding which one to try out first. What a problem to have, right? I can't wait to see what you come up with. Have fun! Big hugs!

  8. Absolutely GORGEOUS card, Kay! I love how you made the tree the 'Star of the show'...it sits perfectly on the arched die, and I love the scalloped border along the bottom! Beautiful crisp, clean design, too! The recipient of this card is really going to cherish it!

I spy PTI!!!!! And looking at these goodies...I can't wait to see what you create! And a Lawn Fawn order? Life is sweet!!! Hugs to you!

I keep *thinking* that will get started on mine - but who am I kidding...it will be the regular Last minute Christmas card scramble just like it is every other year, I'm sure! Haha!!!

  14. Holy smokes, Kay, but your card is absolutely stunning (sorry for late commenting...getting my act together is on my agenda!). The 'wait' for your stamp set, with its eye-catching swirls, to make its debut was worth it, when the result is this perfectly timed, perfectly executed, perfectly AMAZING card. Festive and fabulous!! As for your happy mail arrivals..yippeee for you! I've been exercising restraint for the past while but...I feel a shopping come on, too. Not quite sure what I *need*, but the *want* list is pretty full *grin*!! Hugs~c
