Festive Friday #30

Hello my friends!

I hope everyone has had a wonderful week!

It's time again for another challenge at Festive Friday!

Here is the gorgeous inspiration photo for this time around. I knew I wanted to go with the big red star and the word joy.

Here is what I did with the inspiration:

I didn't have any star stamps ( gasp!) but I had these super neat stitched star dies from Lil Inkers that I used for my big red star. The Joy and snowflake dies are from Wplus9 and the pine boughs are from Obsession Impressions. I used the Papertrey Ink woodgrain impression plate for my kraft strip across.

I hope you will play along with us at Festive Friday!

You can also check out the amazing talent from the other design team members at Festive Friday!

I hope you all have a safe and happy weekend!

Hugs,

Kay :)

  4. Blown. Away. Completely. Kay, your combination of the star (reminds me: I have those dies. Must use them!), layered joy+snowflake (in my collection, too), pine boughs and 'scrolls' is phenomenally eye-catching! Gorgeous to the nth degree. Yet again, your reaffirm what I've known since "discovering" you: top-notch designer with an eye for 'visual harmony.' Your card makes my heart sing....Hugs~c

  6. Oh Kay, you know what cm said in her comment? Blown away? Yeah, color me that, too! I don't own any of those supplies, but her comment about making her heart sing, what a totally accurate description. I can't ever fully express how happy your work makes me, just to look at it. Seeing what you create fills me with joy. That may sound like I'm gushing, but I'm totally not. What an amazing talent you have. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful creations. Have a fantastic weekend. :)
