Festive Friday #28

Hello and Happy Friday!

It's time for a new challenge at Festive Friday

Check out the gorgeous inspiration photo! So pretty! I love anything with pinecones on it! I knew exactly which stamps I wanted to use for this :)

Here is what I came up with!

I cut the brown background shape out with a die from Sizzix. The sentiment is from Waltzing Mouse, cut out with the stitched circle die from Lil Inkers. The pine and pinecones are from Peaceful Pinecones and the bow is from Bells and Boughs from Papertrey Ink.

I hope you will play along with us at Festive Friday!

You can also check out the amazing talent from the other design team members at Festive Friday!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I am heading off to the big city with my honey :) It's our late Valentine's weekend celebration! We're going to shop, eat a lot and just relax and have a good time :)

I was also going to post about the new ornaments I added to my Etsy store, but they are almost all gone now. YAY!! Haha! I am SO extremely happy with how well they have sold! Thank you so much to all of you who have purchased them or left such nice comments about them. I am busy making more, so I'll add them as I can! :)

Hugs,

Kay :)

  1. Oh how beautiful, Kay! I really like how you used that arched looking die with the curve on the bottom. I don't know if that is upside down or what, but it looks great. The sentiment is lovely, like a vintage label. Your color choices are spot on, too! Congrats on the sales, that's awesome! Have a wonderful time with your sweetie!! :)

  5. Such a stunning card, Kay! Your sentiment is just perfect on the stitched circle, and I love how you layered your pinecones and bow! Beautiful color combo, too! As always, I love every detail on your card!

I'm so glad everything is going well at your Etsy store! I received my GORGEOUS ornaments this morning, and couldn't be happier! My plan was to keep one and gift the other, but now, it's going to be difficult to part with either of them! The quality of your workmanship and stunning designs are just breath taking...Thank you so much! I didn't realize you were adding more...guess I'll have to check back often :-) I hope you have a wonderful weekend...hugs ♥
