The Greetery: Winter Wanderer Collection Day 1

 Hello and welcome to the first day of  full reveals for the Winter Wanderer Collection coming to The Greetery! This beautiful new collection is perfect for crafting winter themed projects, but many of the new stamps and dies can be used for any occasion during the year!

All of the products that I am using today will be available at The Greetery this Friday November 27 at 10 EDT. 

Today we are showcasing:

  • Catching Snowflakes Stamp set
  • Catching Snowflakes Dies
  • Hoop Wreath Stamp set
  • Hoop Wreath Dies
  • Hoop & Fringe Die




For my first card, I used the Greenery from the Hoop Wreath stamp set and lightly stamped it onto my card base for the background. I speckled that with the same color ink. I then stamped the image and sentiments from the Catching Snowflakes stamp set and cut that out with a circle die. I used a snowflake from the Snowflake Soiree set to go in the center. 


I mounted this in the center of my card with foam tape and then tucked the greenery from the Pine Blossom stamp set along the top and the bottom of the circle.  I lastly added a few drops of purple Nuvo drops to the design and white Stickles to the snowflake.

My next card uses the beautiful Hoop Wreath stamp set along with the Hoop & Fringe Die and the Catching Snowflakes die. I very lightly blended some Distress inks onto the background and speckled with the same colors. 



I added the Catching Snowflakes die cut and the Hoop & Fringe Die cuts to my card with foam tape, then added the Greenery, flowers and sentiment with foam tape as well.

    I thought, initially, that I was looking at some holographic paper usage on the first card, and then realized that you did some pretty ink blending. Such a surprise! Both of your cards are very pretty. TFS.
