Hi there! I'm thrilled to be joining Pinkfresh Studio for their August release blog hop! I have two cards to share with you today featuring the beautiful Charming Floral Wreath stamp set and coordinating dies along with the Heather Lowercase Alpha dies.
My first card is rather springy looking with pinks and yellows on the pale green. I added the Diagonal Stripes with Window die over some patterned paper for my background. I stamped the floral wreath twice in shades of pinks and one in yellows. I added those to the top and bottom of the frame with foam tape.
The sentiment I cut using the Phrase Builder: Sending Die set. I added these to the center of my card with foam tape.
***
For my next card, I used the same stamp set but stamped the wreath in pretty fall colors, because after all, it is August, and I get to start thinking about fall now :) It's my favorite time of year. Oh who am I kidding, I've been thinking about fall since June! haha! Anyway, I layered the Simply Diamonds die over some lavender patterned paper, then layered the Ornate Oval Frame die over the top of that.
The Floral Wreath was stamped with pretty purples and oranges this time for a more autumn color scheme. I die cut those with the coordinating dies and added them to the top and bottom of the oval frame with foam tape. I cut the word Fall out with the new Heather Lowercase dies and added those in the center of my card with foam tape. The sentiment at the bottom is from the Simply Sentients: You stamp set. I heat embossed it with white embossing powder on kraft card stock and added it with foam tape.
