Papertrey Ink Release In Review

Hello and welcome to the Release in Review post for the September  Papertrey Ink  Release! The new products you are seeing here will be available in the store at Papertrey Ink on September 15th at 10:00 EST!

Are you excited about all of the beautiful new products coming out tonight! When I saw the preview for the new things this month, I was blown away! This has got to be one of the best Christmas releases ever! I love everything this month!

I have a few more cards to share with you. I usually have quite a bit more than this for my Release in Review post, but this month I must have managed to squeeze most everything into my earlier post.

That clever Lizzie! She has done it again with such a fun new stamp set called Gifts of The Season. This is such a unique set. It stamps in two parts, so you can have your presents multicolored! I just love that! I went with traditional Christmas colors on this one using Pure Poppy and New Leaf. I used the new Holiday Swoosh set by Maile for the sentiment. I layered it across the bottom present and then just stamped the Christmas below. I added a strip of Pure Poppy striped paper to the bottom.

I added the two little candy canes from Christmas Critters and a few clear sequins.

STAMPS: Gifts of The Season, Holiday Swoosh, Christmas Critters
DIES: Gifts of The Season, Holiday Swoosh, Christmas Critters
INK: Pure Poppy, New Leaf, Pinefeather
PAPER: Stamper’s Select White, Pure Poppy + White patterned paper
OTHER: sequins

This card features the new Ombre Sentiments: Christmas set along with Winter Village and Holiday Greens Borders and Keep It Simple: Happy Holidays. I blended a tiny bit of Aqua Mist ink to create a little hill for my horse and sleigh. I glued the trees in the background and then popped up the sleigh with some foam tape.

Both the Ombre sentiment and the Happy Holidays were stamped in scarlet Jewel. The Happy Holidays sentiment was stamped on the banner from Tag Sale: Quilted. The panel was cut out with the Noted: Scalloped A2 rectangle die.

STAMPS: Keep it Simple: Happy Holidays, Ombre Sentiments: Christmas, Winter village, Holiday Greens Borders, Holiday Greens
DIES: Winter Village, Holiday Greens, Tag Sale: Quilted, Noted: Scalloped A2
INK: Olive Twist, Scarlet Jewel, Dark Chocolate, Hawaiian Shores
PAPER: Stampers Select White
OTHER: Sequins

And my last card features the new Fancy Pants Holiday Sentiments by Erin. I love these! They are so fun! I paired them up with Dawn's Holiday Greens for a very festive card indeed! I layered a strip of Pure Poppy striped paper across my card base then just glued all of the greenery, holly and berries down flat. I then added the sentiment with foam tape. A few little red sequins were added to finish it up!

STAMPS: Fancy Pants Holiday Sentiments, Holiday Greens
DIES: Fancy Pants Holiday Sentiments, Holiday Greens
INK: Pure Poppy, Pinefeather, New Leaf, Cocoa Bean, Olive Twist
PAPER: Stampers Select White
OTHER: Red sequins
