NBUS Challenge and some Quilty Fun!

Hello my friends!

I am so excited to be joining in on Darnell's NBUS Challenge. If you live under a rock and don't know who Darnell is,  Click here to meet one crazy fun lady that we all love!

If you don't know what NBUS is, it is an acronym that stands for Never Been Used Stuff. And I have a lot of that!  Every time Darnell's followers hit the one hundred mark, she has a NBUS challenge to encourage all of us to dig out some of that fabulous stuff we've been hoarding and use it!

I wasn't going to miss the chance! :)

I just bought this stamp set and dies from the last Papertrey Ink release and I just loved it. I knew with all of my design team responsibilities, I would never get it out and use it, so when I saw the NBUS challenge, I set everything aside and got it out and made some cards! Yay!

It's been a long time since I just played or piddled around and I need it, and I enjoyed it immensely!!

I stamped and cut out enough pieces that I made two cards! So fun!

So if you have some new stuff laying around begging to be used, get it out and join the NBUS challenge
You can find all the details HERE!

The products I used on this card are:

And all of the inks I used are from My Favorite Things and are linked below!

Thanks bunches for stopping by!

Hugs,

Kay :)

  1. Ooooh....what a wonderful set of cards for the NBUS challenge, Kay! I adore the theme, the colors you chose, the papers you chose and the sentiments. I'm so happy that you were able to take some time to just piddle around. Good things happen (as we all can see) when you do! I'm sure it keeps the fun in all this alive for you to do that from time to time (and hopefully more often than that). Wonderful, wonderful work! Have a happy weekend! :) Hugs!
