Penny Black Collage style

Hello Friends!
I have a card to share today created with some wonderful products from Penny Black. One of my favorite styles of making cards has always been collage. I love to cut out a lot of different pieces and then play with them until I find a nice arrangement. This is what I have done today.

We are nearing the end of summer and my thoughts have turned to fall and cooler temperatures... who am I kidding, my thoughts had turned to cooler temperatures several months ago! haha!
Anyway, I chose some fall colors for my card, along with some stamps and dies that I thought would work for this time of year. I stamped the leafy border from Twirls along the side of my white card stock panel with grey ink. The tag on the bottom is embossed with white embossing powder and watercolored. It is glued flat to the white panel. The second card is stamped with the berry stem from Nature's Gifts with Distress inks onto wet watercolor paper. After it dried I cut the tag out with the Tagged Dies. I cut the leaves out of a piece of paper I had sponged Mustard Seed distress ink on. The little green banner is cut out of of paper sponged with Forest Moss Distress ink and the sentiment is embossed with white embossing powder. The butterflies were sponged with Fired Brick and Spiced Marmalade Distress Inks. Everything on the white panel was glued down flat except for the butterflies, the small tag and the black banner with the sentiment. These were all adhered with foam tape. Then the whole white panel was adhered to an A2 size top folded card base. I added a few 4mm Lime Green Pretty Pink Posh sequins to finish it up!
