Seize The Birthday #12

It is time for another challenge at Seize The Birthday! This week we have a brand new sketch! I really love this one. Had so much fun with it. Also this week we are creating cards for the girlies ;)

Here is the sketch:

And here is my card :

I really had fun making this card. I love patterned paper and got to use lots :) The stamps are all retired from Stampin' Up! except the tiny flowers, they're from Printed Petals set.

This week we are proud to sponsor Paper Sweeties! They are donating a $10 gift certificate to the winner!

Paper Sweeties™ LLC is owned and illustrated by Debbie Marcinkiewicz, and offers hand drawn, high quality photopolymer acrylic stamps.  Our heartwarming images allow paper crafters to create adorable dolls with interchangeable outfits and accessories! We also have a wide variety of wonderful all-occasion sentiments, labels and accessory sets - perfect for every paper crafted project!  The Paper Sweeties Shoppe carries hand tea-stained seam binding too!  The Sweeties dolls, accessories and sentiments are so much fun to play with and are sure to bring back fond childhood memories!  You’ll enjoy using the Sweeties to create projects for card making, scrap booking, party invitations and favors, home decor, gifts and so much more!

Won't you join us at Seize The Birthday and add to your birthday card stash!

Check out what the other amazing team members have created!

I appreciate you stopping by and for all the sweet comments. My internet has been out for over two weeks now and I have been having to use my neighbors, so I haven't been online much to leave comments or do anything. They internet  fixers were supposed to come out yesterday and put me in a whole new bigger, better and faster satellite package, but they didn't show :( I have my fingers crossed that they'll come see me today and that soon I'll be back online!

Hugs,

Kay :)

  1. I know you've been super busy, Kay, but I have to admit to missing seeing what you have been up to. Then I see there is a new post from you. I open it to see this absolutely fabulous card and I grin broadly. Ahhhhh, happy sigh. What a bright and sunshiny card you've created here. Love all the papers, the bitty tree and flowers and simply how wonderfully it all works together. Thanks for the smile!
