Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration Blog Hop

Hi all! This is my first post in the new year and I am excited to be joining Pretty Pink Posh for their 7th year birthday celebration! They have some beautiful new products out perfect for Valentines Day, and Birthdays, plus many things that you will reach for all during the year to create fun cards and projects!

They also have some giveaways so be sure to scroll all the way down to find out how to enter in to win!

My first card uses the new All My Love stamp set and All My Love coordinating dies, along with the Heart Vines die.  I first colored the heart image from the All My Love stamp set with Copic markers and cut that out. I cut the Heart Vines die out of white cardstock and layered it over the stamped heart image and then over a lavender card base.

Lastly I added a sentiment from the same stamp set, heat embossed with white embossing powder on black cardstock.

My next card uses the adorable Valentine Circles stamp set and Valentine Circles Coordinating dies, along with the Slimline Scallop Frames die and Lattice Stencil. All of the cute images were colored with Copic markers and cut out with the coordinating dies.

The background was created by blending pink dye ink onto white cardstock using the Lattice Stencil. I then cut the Slimline Scallop Border out and added that over top. The tiny pink stars were cut out with the Heart Vines die.  The Love sentiment is from theValentines Hearts stamp set

My final card uses the new Valentines Hearts stamp set and Valentines Hearts Coordinating dies along with the Layered Bokeh Stencils. I stenciled the background with pink ink onto white cardstick and added a few speckles of the same ink. I stamped all of the different hearts from the stamp set in pinks and purples and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I added them to the card with foam tape for dimension.

I added a white embossed sentiment to the front of my card with foam tape and added some of the new Cupcake Clay Confetti for accents.

GIVAWAYS:                                                                                                                                         Pretty Pink Posh will be giving away 6 $25 gift certificates during the three day blog hop celebration! Comments must be left by 11:50PM , January 15th 2021. The winners will be announced on the Pretty Pink Posh Blog.

Below is a list of all of the designers participating in todays blog hop! Check out all of the wonderful inspiration!

  10. Your work always brings a smile to my face, Kay! These are pretty AND fun! My favorite is the slim line with the little monkey. Our grandson has a little monkey that looks a lot like the one on the card. He's 8.5 now, but "monkey" to still has a place in his heart. I haven't created in about a year, but after a big move, surgery, and recovering from Covid, I think I'm ready to begin again. This time just for my own enjoyment. I'm no longer on Instagram and will be leaving FB soon. I still have my blog and will post my cards and photography there. I might begin taking part in some challenges - kinda going back to the old ways of sharing because I do want to stay connected to the community. Thanks again for all the wonderful inspiration, you're amazing, Kay!

    Hugs,
    Susie ~
