Hello! I am thrilled to be joining the Ton's Spring 2017 Release Blog hop! They have 18 gorgeous new stamp sets and 13 new dies sets! All of their new products are available now in the store at The Ton HERE! There are prizes to be won too, so be sure to scroll down to the bottom for details!
I'm using a beautiful new set called Wishful Wildflowers for my first card. I stamped the images in waterproof black ink and used my Zig Clean Color brush markers and water to watercolor them.
Using some of the same colors that I watercolored the flowers with, I speckled around the images. I also added some tiny white dots with acrylic paint, and added some Rain Stones for accents.
For my next card, I used the beautiful new Fresh Cut Sunflowers stamp set. These are really so pretty and detailed! I used three shades of aqua for each flower and did the centers and leaves with gray.
I used the MISTI to stamp everything as the flowers are done with three layers, creating such a beautiful dimensional flower. I also lightly stamped some of the flowers in the background along with some of the tiny flowers from Pragmatic Wreaths.
I mounted my stamped background onto a white card base and adhered a strip of gray card stock across the center with the sentiment stamped on it. The sentiment is also from the Pragmatic Wreaths set. I added some accents with white Nuvo Crystal Drops.
Five $25 gift certificates to The Ton's shop will be given away to random commenters from the hop participant blogs. To qualify, you must leave a comment on The Ton Blog Hop post. The comment period will close on Monday, April 10th at 11:59pm. Winners will be announced thereafter on The Ton’s blog.
The Ton has 18 new stamps for their new Spring 2017 Release which includes up to three free gifts with purchases. For more information on The Ton’s incentive gifts, head over to The Ton’s blog . All new release products are available now!
