MFT June Release Countdown Day 5

Hello and welcome to the first  day of the My Favorite Things  June Release Countdown!   I am so excited to share  what I have created with these fun new products!  Be sure to check out the MFT blog for a full reveal of today's featured stamps and dies, and mark your calendar for Tuesday, June 7th at 10 p.m. EST when all of the fabulous new products will be available in the MFT online store

Today I am showcasing an adorable new stamp set called Sweet Forest Friends along with the Birch Trees Die-namics!

The little animals in this set are so adorable! I blended some Summer Splash ink onto some Sno Cone card stock for the background, and cut my hill out with the Snowdrifts Die-namics out of Spearmint card stock. The little animals were colored with Copic markers, and adhered with foam tape. I added a few tiny white dots of acrylic paint and some clear sequins.

I hope you have enjoyed the first previews of the June release for My Favorite Things! Be sure to stop by the MFT blog and see a full reveal of todays products and see what all the other fabulous design team members have done!

See you tomorrow for Day 4!!

Hugs,

Kay :)

  9. It just clicked for me...acrylic paint!! I try using the white gel pens and don't seem to get a good "dot" each time...I think your idea of the acrylic paint is the solution!! This is such a cute scene and the animals are just adorable! As always, your blended background is perfect!
