Hello! Today I'm sharing a card I created for the MFT Sketch Challenge this week.
Here's the sketch, and you can check out all the details on the MFT Challenge blog it you'd like to play along!
And here is what I did with it!
Can I just say I love this card so much! I do! I love the colors, I love the flowers, and I especially love that little lizard! I think it's the colors that really got me though. That teal color is one of my favorites. Although I'm one of those crazies that love winter, it's funny that tropical is my second favorite to Christmas and winter stamps. I just love beachy and tropical stuff. And I think that May is just the perfect month to start using it! By July and August I'll be tired of the heat and wanting to use snowflakes! :)
Well I have been going on and on about all the things I love, and haven't even told you how I made this card. The background was stamped with the Garden Flourish background stamp. I love that stamp. Another reason I think I love this card. The background in the little circle window was done with Peerless watercolors. All of the stamps were colored with Copics, cut out and added with foam tape. A few little white dots and some PPP sequins always add that special little umph! :)
If you'd like to join in on this challenge be sure and stop by the MFT Challenge blog to get all the details and see what the other Design team girls have done!
