MFT Sketch Challenge #276

This is my second post for today.  Click HERE to see my Papertrey Ink Color Pop Butterflies post or scroll down!

Hello! Today I'm sharing a card I created for the MFT Sketch Challenge this week.

Here's the sketch, and you can check out all the details on the MFT Challenge blog it you'd like to play along!

And here is what I did with it!

So last week I used one of the little dogs from Lucky dog on my sketch challenge card, so this week I had to use one of the kitties from Cool Cats. My background is blended Distress inks, Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio. I love that combo! The little strip across was cut from the Blueprints 1 and stamped with the Mini Hexagon background. The kitty, leaves, and flowers were all colored with Copic markers. Some of the leaves I glued straight down, and the kitty and the purple flowers were adhered with foam tape.

If you'd like to join in on this challenge be sure and stop by the MFT Challenge blog to get all the details and see what the other Design team girls have done!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Kay :)

    1. Thank you so much Gretchen! The background is Master's Touch watercolor paper from Hobby Lobby. The stripe is the texture on the paper. I love it! :)
