Hello and welcome to the first day of the My Favorite Things December Release Countdown! This new release is packed with amazing new stamps and dies. I am so excited to share my projects with you! I LOVE everything about this new release!! Be sure to check out the MFT blog for a full reveal of today's featured stamps and dies, and mark your calendar for Tuesday December 8th, at 10 p.m. EST when all of the fabulous new products will be available in the MFT online store!
Birdie Brown has done it again with these completely adorable little elephants!
Today I am featuring the new Adorable Elephants stamp set and Die-namics. I also paired it with the Blissful Blooms stamp set and Die-namics to create a little flower garden for this sweet little elephant to sit in. Everything is colored with Copic markers, and the background is watercolored with Peerless watercolors.
My next card features the same sweet elephants along with the new Stitched Mini Scallop Circle STAX Die-namics!
For this card, I used the Garden Flourish background stamp, inked with Grape Jelly dye ink, misted with water, then stamped onto watercolor paper. It gave a nice soft watercolor effect for the background. The stamps were colored with Copic markers and cut out with the matching Die-namics. The circle that is over the stitched scallop circle was watercolored with Peerless watercolors and cut out with a circle die.
I hope you have enjoyed the first previews of the November release for My Favorite Things! Be sure to stop by the MFT blog and see a full reveal of todays products and see what all the other fabulous design team members have done!
See you tomorrow for Day 4!!
Hugs,
Kay :)
