Hello friends!
It's time for the Reverse Confetti New Release Blog hop!! All of the amazing new products we've been sharing over the past three days are now available in the Reverse Confetti Store!
If you've been following along the hop, you should have arrived here from Stacey Schafer's blog. If you are just starting out, you can head on over to the Reverse Confetti blog to begin! From here you will be heading to Sarah Gough's blog.
For my card today I am featuring one of my favorite products from the new release, the Layered Snowflake Confetti Cuts. One of the reasons that this die is so special to me is that I helped Jen with the designing of it. She wanted to create a die inspired by my clay ornaments, and I was thrilled to help with the process.
Here are pictures of the two ornaments that we used for our inspiration.
Here are pictures of the two ornaments that we used for our inspiration.
And here is the card I made with this fun new die!
My head is swimming with all of the possibilities for this die! Aside from creating a snowflake like I did here, you could use all the small pieces for so much more! And there are infinite different ways you can arrange all the pieces! I layered most of the pieces here by just glueing them down flat, but I did layer the blue base down to the white base with foam tape.
I also layered the light pink flower shape with some foam tape. The sentiment is embossed with white embossing powder and tucked under the edge of the snowflake with foam tape. I cut the Snow die sentiment out with fun foam and the the light blue card stock and layered those before glueing down to my card base.
I also used the snowflake to create a cute embellishment for the top of one of the brand new Frosted Pillow boxes that Reverse Confetti is now carrying! They are so cute!
I just used a few pieces of the snowflake die for my pillow box topper. Then I cut the banner out and attached it with foam tape, then glued the Merry die cut onto that. I filled the box with starlight mints, then wrapped the new twine around the box. I tied it in the back, then attached the snowflake to the pillow box with foam tape. I then used the green twine to tie a small bow at the top!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Your next stop on the hop is
Sarah Gough! And if you get lost along the hop, you can always go back to the Reverse Confetti blog to see the whole line up!
Enjoy the hop!
Hugs,
Kay :)
