Hello Friends!
Today I'm playing along with the Sketch Challenge at MFT!
Here's the sketch this week!
And here is my take!
I watercolored a piece and cut it out with the Stitched Rounded Rectangles. The bottom border I stenciled with the Split Diagonal stencil. I love that thing! I have used it so much already! I stenciled Blu Raspberry and Limelight dye inks on Smooth White card stock. The cute little long legged owl is watercolored with my Zig Clean color brushes and the sentiment is white embossed on Black Licorice card stock. I cut the greenery from the Wild Greenery Die-namics out of Gumdrop Green, Spearmint, and Berrylicious card stock.
Check out what the amazing Challenge team has done with this awesome sketch at the MFT Challenge blog!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hugs,
Kay :)
Fabulous colors in this card, Kay. Adore the blues and greens. That owl is adorable! Love those long legs. Great look in the watercoloring and the black really helps pull it all together and pop! I really like how you also use your leaves to help create your gorgeous clusters. Fabulous card. Hugs!
