Hello again!
I am back for day 3 of the My Favorite Things Release Countdown! Today I am featuring the adorable new Pure Innocence Clowning Around Stamp set and matching Die-namics along with the fabulous new Birthday Centerpiece, Hip Clips, and Arrow Greetings!
Be sure to check out the My Favorite Things Blog to see a full reveal of today's products, and to see what all the other fabulous design team members have done! All of the new products will be available July 7th at 10:00pm EST!
I used the adorable new little Pure Innocence Clowning Around Girl for this, along with the balloon from the new Blueprints 26 Die-namics. I lightly stenciled the background using the Split Diagonal stencil and some Blu Raspberry dye ink. The little clown is colored with Copic markers and the birthday is white embossed on Black Licorice card stock.
My next card is featuring the new Birthday Centerpieces die-namics! I had a hard time deciding how to exactly use this die because my mind went crazy with ideas when I saw it! So many possibilities!
I sponged some Blu Raspberry, Razzle Berry, and Daffodil dye ink onto my card stock in the center, cut the Birthday Centerpiece out of the white card stock, cut about an inch off of the bottom and layered that on my card with foam tape.
I used the Split Diagonal stencil again along the bottom of the card using Razzle Berry and Daffodil dye ink. I added a butterfly from Flutter of Butterflies Die-namics to the center of my card with foam tape.
My next card is just plain fun!!
I really had fun with this one! I feel like it's quite a bit different from my regular style, maybe not quite a "Kay" card, but I loved how it turned out!! I used Razzle Berry, Blu Raspberry, and Greenroom dye inks for the watercoloring. The black stripes are from the Split Diagonal Background stamp, and the little butterflies and clips are from Hip Clips! Some fun stuff going on there! :)
And there you have it from Day 3 of the MFT Release Countdown! So much fun stuff coming your way on July 7th at 10:00 pm EST!!
Thank you so much for stopping by! Don't forget to stop by the MFT blog to see more wonderful things you can do with these fun new products!
See you tomorrow!
Hugs,
Kay :)
