Hello Friends!
The MFT Design team is sharing projects this month featuring irresistibly cool examples of using different methods and formulas of ink to create eye-catching resist looks on your cards and projects. Ingenious? Absolutely. Check out the MFT Blog to see how this challenge inspired our talented (and inky!) team of designers.
So for my card here, I started with watercolor paper and I clear heat embossed the Garden Flourish background stamp. I then wet the whole piece liberally, and added drops of Peerless watercolor in different shades of greens and blues. I let that dry and mounted it with foam tape onto a white top folded card base.
I white heat embossed the Peace On Earth sentiment on Licorice Black card stock and cut it out with the Pierced Fishtail Flags die-namics. I cut the large snowflake from the Pierced Snowflake die-namics and the two smaller snowflakes from Let it Snowflake Die-namics. The snowflakes were adhered in the center with glue.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog to see all of the amazing things the other design team members have done!
Hugs,
Kay :)
