Countdown to Confetti - Day One!




Hello friends!

 Yes you read that right! I am so excited to be sharing sneak peeks this month as a "Fetti Friend" for Reverse Confetti! I love their fun products, and was thrilled to get to work with this months fun new release! Wait until you see!! So cute!! The new products will be in the store on May 8th!  Today we are sneaking peeks of the adorable new stamp set Monkey Business and Party Hats, along with their coordinating dies! 

Did I say cute or what?? Look at that little monkey!! He's darling! 
I first blended a little bit of Salty Ocean Distress ink on the front of my top folded watercolor paper card, and spritzed a few drops of water on it. I let that dry and cut out a string of stars from the Star Garland and glued that down with Mono Adhesive. I stamped the party hats ( with the MISTI for perfect coverage) and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I cut the trim and the ball on top out of some white glittery fun foam and glued those to the hats. I mounted both hats on the card base with foam tape. I next colored the little monkey and balloons with Copic markers and cut them out with their coordinating dies, and adhered them to the card with foam tape as well. I stamped the sentiment from the Monkey Business stamp set in the lower corner. Last I added a few clear sequins! That's it! A perfect birthday card for a little boy!
