Festive Friday #29

Hello my friends!

I hope everyone has had a wonderful week!

It's time again for another challenge at Festive Friday!

I'm so sorry  that In linkz wasn't working properly last challenge. I hope that won't deter anyone from playing along with us this time around. I think we have  it all fixed now :)

Here is the gorgeous inspiration photo for this time around. Meredith picks out the most beautiful photos! I am finally giving some of my lovely WPlus9 stamps a good work out :)

Here is what I did with the inspiration:

All of the stitched panels are dies from Lil Inkers. I cut the arched window out of the white one with a die from Sizzix. The lacey border is an older stamp I have had for a long time from Recollections. I just recently rediscovered it and am loving it! Everything else is from WPlus9.

I hope you will play along with us at Festive Friday!

You can also check out the amazing talent from the other design team members at Festive Friday!

Also, I added a few more ornaments to my Etsy Store. I have had a lot of people encouraging me to make some Springy ornaments and some for other holidays, not just Christmas, so that's what I'm doing :) I am loving using some bright and fun Spring colors and I'm looking forward to doing something cute for fall and Halloween too!

Here's what's new in the Store:

I hope you all have a safe and happy weekend!

Hugs,

Kay :)

  11. Kay, I’ve been sitting in stunned, jaw-dropped, awed silence for the past several minutes, gazing and admiring your beautiful card. The details of the inspiration photo are beautifully captured in your masterpiece: boughs and pinecones, the lace border, the candles with their delicate flames. Love, love and love! Exquisite, elegant, precise…visual harmony of the finest tuning! Your new additions to your store are also exquisite! I’m saving up to place an order for the summer, when/if we travel to the US (we’re in the midst of figuring out plans). If you’re able to send to our vacation rental, hopefully we’ll both save on shipping (and for me, the waiting time!! Three – four weeks to where I live…gahhhh. Too long!!). Happy sigh and mega-watt smile from visiting your site – and I’m heading back up to delight over the details for a while longer….Hugs~c
