Happy Friday!
We have 2 inches of ice on the ground here, but the sun is shinning and the kids are at present, sliding down the driveway in the swimming pool! I kid you not! By the sound of their screams and laughter, they are having a pretty good time too! They have sleds, but who wants to use a sled when you can both get in the plastic swimming pool with a couple of dogs too eh? haha! They are having a little trouble with the steering though...
Anyway, I am sharing with you, my Muse card for this week and I combined it with the ColourQ challenge too. The colors were so pretty and I was pressed for time this week and knew I couldn't do a card for each, so I combined :)
I used Heart 2 Heart #12 and Fancy Frames from Papertrey Ink.
Here is the Muse card this week. A pretty summery colored card by Marion Vagg.
I was inspired by the chevrons and the location of her sentiment. Really fabulous card and fun inspiration!
This is the beautiful color inspiration from ColourQ this week!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
Hugs,
Kay :)
oh Kay! This card is beautiful! I just love your style. You have a gift for putting elements together and creating wonderful designs.
ReplyDeleteThis is a stunning card, I'd be so scared to use so many different shapes and images on one card but this works so well. Looks like this could be a winner this week :)
ReplyDeleteKay this is really pretty! So many fun elements!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty card, Kay, love how you've softened the graphic zigzags with the hearts, circles and dots! Anita in France :)

ReplyDeleteWhat a neat card, Kay! I like all the elements you used. It feels pretty fun and funky with the zig zag, hears, dots and flowers, but I love the eclectic mix of things. Fabulous...yes that covers it!
ReplyDeleteI giggled reading your description of the kids using a swimming pool for a sled. I could just picture it. How fun that you described them doing what kids do best...being kids! I think my girls would have love to have jumped in on the fun. *Ü* Hope the ice melts quick, as that is no fun to get around on though.
It's really fabulous! I fall for it right away! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful eye-catching card--so many details, but all go together perfectly!
ReplyDeleteWOW! So many amazing things going on on this card...where to begin?! I love the chevrons and the hearts and the flowers popping out of the frame...everything is so wonderful! :)
