Pinkfresh Studio April Release Blog Hop

Hello! Welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio April Release blog hop! Pinkfresh is releasing a brand new assortment of new stamps and dies that are just amazing!

Today I am using the new Chevron Background stamp, the Simply Sentiments Hello stamp set and the Phrase Builder: Hello dies. 

 For this card I used the new Chevron Background stamp. It is a red rubber stamp and it comes apart in sections, so you can stamp each section in a different color. You can also use the stamp all in one piece. For the stripes on my card, I used the Pinkfresh dye inks in Candy Violet, Sparkling Rose, Marigold, Apricot and Bubble Gum.

 After stamping the background stamp, I used the Ornate Banner dies to cut it out and to cut a background out of lavender card stock. The Hello die is from the new Phrase Builder: Hello dies and the sentiment is from the new Simply Sentiments: Hello stamp set.

 This card, I used the same background stamp, but cut off some of the edges to give it a more modern look. I used Tidal Pond, Mermaid Cove, Aquamarine and Ocean Breeze inks.

 The Hello die is from the Phrase Builder: Hello die set and the sentiment is from the Simply Sentients: Hello stamp set.

 This card was made just like the first two, except that I cut the panel down the center and then flipped one side. Can you tell I had fun with this background stamp? :)
