Reverse Confetti SFYTT #29

Hello friends!

It's time for a brand spankin' new Sketch For You To Try Challenge on the Reverse Confetti Blog ! It runs the whole month of October, so you have plenty of time to give it a try! Here's a peek of the sketch if you want to join in on the fun!

And here is what I did with it!

Everything on this card, I did using Canson watercolor paper. The leaves and flowers are all sponged with different colors of Distress inks, and spritzed with water. The circle piece inside the scalloped circle was watercolored with different shades of Peerless watercolors. The Orange banner was cut from some older patterned paper I had. Everything is mounted with foam tape except for the orange banner which was glued down flat to the card. I added some 4mm pumpkin Pretty Pink Posh sequins lastly.

Be sure and head on over to the Reverse Confetti blog to see what the rest of the team has done with the sketch, and to play along for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store and claim the title of "Fetti Fave".

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hugs,

Kay :)

Here are the Reverse Confetti products that I used for this card:

  1. So very pretty, Kay. Lovely watercoloring combined with cardstock to create such eye-catching beauty. You do make it look SO easy! But I'm sure you've got to have a lot of patience to let it dry, right? You know which colors to work with to make your project shine, that is for sure!! Well done! Hugs!
